Innovative and forward-thinking in land
promotion and development

About Us

Glavenhill is based in Norwich and operates across East Anglia, the East Midlands and South East. The business is self funded and has grown to a scale where it is now promoting sites for over 5,000 houses, care, leisure and employment uses.

The management team are all shareholders, each of whom has significant career experience in property, planning and finance. Our experience is such that we are able to work across a range of sectors and project types from Garden Village new settlements, greenfield urban extensions, brownfield regeneration to mainstream developments.

We are ambitious and are continually looking for alternative ways of delivering better development to meet the challenges of delivering new housing, services and employment from a limited land resource. Placemaking is important to us and we are particularly interested in ways of providing a diversity of green infrastructure, access to recreation, local services and innovative transport and affordable housing solutions. To further this, we work closely with Government, local politicians, Local Planning Authorities and funding agencies in order to assemble viable projects and take them through to completion.

That said, working in partnership with landowners is central to what we do and that means developing the right masterplan which meets their objectives, maximises development value while at the same time is consistent with market demand and capable of being built out.

In summary, we have an open minded, forward thinking and innovative approach to finding solutions to challenging planning problems and are genuinely excited by the opportunities we have to create value for land owners and better places for people to live and work.
