Experienced and outcome focused strategic land promotion specialists

About Us

We are ambitious land promotion specialists that understand the power of geospatial data to identify future development sites.

Glavenhill creates significant value for landowners whilst delivering better places for people to live, work and reside. We thrive on building lasting partnerships with landowners.

Our extensive experience in planning, commercial agency, development finance and development consultancy give us a powerful set of skills to deliver real value.

Creating the right masterplan for any promoted site which meets overall financial objectives and is attractive to the local market at the time of marketing and sale is critical to our success.

Leaving a legacy of successful developments that contain the right kind of community infrastructure, high quality public open spaces and placemaking is important to us. We deliver sustainable new communities that will be cherished by future residents.

Through our retained urban design, architectural, ecological and landscape design teams we work with local communities, planners and politicians to get a detailed understanding of local area problems and deficiencies that shape how we deliver planned development to facilitate change that improves local lives and environments.

We are currently promoting a range of sites for a total of 12,400 new homes as well as employment spaces, extra care housing, sports pitches, new parkland areas, primary schools and a chalk stream river restoration scheme.

Glavenhill has grown organically as a self-funded business. As a fundamentally open minded innovative and progressive data-led land promoter we deliver commercially viable and attractive developments in a fast moving and increasingly challenging planning system.

Work with us

We are actively seeking new promotional opportunities in the geographical areas around our existing network of offices in London, Cambridge and Norwich.

If you believe your land has development potential or is already in the Local Plan review process and requires further investment Glavenhill can help.
